Our consultation sessions are offered at a flat rate for clarity and ease. Beyond that, all design services are billed hourly - so you only pay for the time and expertise you need. For clients pursuing construction, our project oversight is priced per square foot, allowing us to scale our management role to the scope of your project. No hidden fees, just honest, straightforward pricing.

Phase One: Project Evaluation + Concept Development
Every successful project begins with clarity. This first phase is all about understanding the potential of your space and establishing a strong foundation for the project’s vision.
Preliminary Scope: We outline the project’s size, potential phases, timeline, and priorities setting you up for informed decisions.
Site Evaluation: We assess your space, goals, and constraints - from flow and layout to how each room will function.
Pre-Design Analysis: We study the land and surrounding environment to inform design decisions. This includes evaluating topography, climate, and natural resources.
Design Concept: We craft a cohesive visual direction based on your lifestyle, values, and personal or brand aesthetic.
For Businesses: We align the interior design with your brand identity, mission, and customer experience goals.
Phase Two: Design Development + Project Planning
With the vision in place, we bring it to life using curated materials, well-considered layouts, and clear planning documents.
Detailed Design: We develop layouts, select materials and furnishings, and present design boards that tell the story of your space.
3D Visualizations & Presentations: See your design come together with renderings and curated samples.
Procurement & Sourcing: We handle ordering and coordination of finishes, furniture, and custom-made items while prioritizing sustainability and long-term quality.
Pricing & Structure:
Interior Design Work is billed hourly.
Project oversight is billed per square foot and includes full coordination with your contractor, timeline and budget management, and design-driven support throughout the build.
Phase Three: Project Oversight and Execution
We partner with trusted general contractors to bring our design to life while continuing to guide the project with expert oversight and clear communication so that you don’t have to worry.
Design-Led Oversight: We stay closely involved during construction to ensure your vision is executed with precision. From ongoing coordination with contractors to design clarification and troubleshooting, we act as your advocate every step of the way.
Client-Focused Communication: You’ll receive consistent updates, visual progress reports, and milestone check-ins so you can move forward with confidence - even from afar.
Collaborative Execution: While construction is carried out by a trusted licensed contractor, we collaborate throughout to maintain quality, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure the final result aligns with your expectations.
For Design-Only Clients: If you don’t need construction support, we still offer a full-service design package that will come complete with everything your contractor needs to implement the design accurately.
Final Touches: Styling + Professional Photography
After construction wraps, we offer personalized styling to add warmth, character, and the final design layer using a mix of custom, vintage, and handmade pieces.
Styling: Booked hourly, styling includes sourcing of art, textiles, and accessories from trusted artists and curators.
Photography: We partner with interior photographers to professionally capture your finished space. If you leave us a review, we offer a complimentary photo session as a thank-you!
For 1-Hour Consultations
Not every project needs a full remodel. Our consultations offer focused, expert guidance on the area you need help with most — whether it’s early planning, aesthetic direction, or sourcing natural materials. These sessions skim through the entire process but concentrate on your biggest priorities.
